Breakfast~
ceral fruit bowl:
1 cup whole grain cereal
1 cup skim or soy milk
1/2 cup raspberries
1/8 cup sliced almonds
Snack
1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese
1/2cup tomatoes
7 whole grain crackers
Lunch
Quick Tuna Pita:
6 oz can of water packed tuna mixed with 1/2 hard boiled egg chopped,a dill pickle chopped,
celer chopped,1 Tbsp low fat mayonnaise,1 tsp mustard ,and lettuce all in a whole wheat pita.
Dinner
Shrimp,corn,Avocado Salad--
1tsp olive oil,i tsp lime juice,1/4garlic clove,
salt and pepper for dressing added to 6 oz shrimp ove
1 cup romaine lettuce,1/4 cup corn,4 cherry tomatoes and 3 slices avocado.
1 Medium size whole wheat dinner roll
最後晚餐這道 我把蝦換成雞胸肉 我個人不是很喜歡吃生冷的蝦 所以我把它換掉了
還有家裡因為還有整顆的中型番茄 所以我是用中型的一顆然後切成一片一片的
我吃的飽飽的 沒有飢餓感
